ONE WEEK GOLFTOUR/ SAFARI ZIMBABWE-BOTSWANA-ZAMBIA
day) Arrival Victoria Fall, transfer to Gertie’s Lodge. In the evening a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Watch the wild life and the sun set over the Zambezi, whilst served with drinks and snacks. Dinner, B & B Gertie’s Lodge.
day) After breakfast we drive to the nearby Elephants Hill Hotel. The golf course ( 9 holes ) is regarded highly in Southern Africa. It is situated right on the banks of the Zambezi river. After lunch we visit the Victoria Falls, the ‘smoke that thunders’. The nearly 2 km wide Zambezi plunges over a 100 m down. After the visit of the Falls, we enjoy ‘tea-time’ on the terrace of the famous Victoria Falls Hotel with a beautiful view of the Zambezi cataracts.

day) Today we drive to Botswana to the Chobe NP. Cresta Mowana Lodge has a 9 hole golf course as well. After ‘check in’ the hotel, the golf course will be tried. In the afternoon we make a lovely 3 hour boatcruise on the Chobe River, an unique experience. Hippos, Crocodiles as well as abundant birdlife, Buffaloes and Antelope, Elephants bathing or swimming across to the islands.

day) Today we wake up early, because before sunrise we want to be on a gamedrive in Chobe NP. The early morning is the time for the big cats. With a bit of luck, we will see a lion kill, among numerous other animals. After a hearty breakfast we play a round of golf and in the afternoon we return to Victoria Falls.

day) Today a full day excursion to Zambia is on the program. After crossing the Zambezi bridge into Zambia, we first visit the Mosi’o’Tunya park, where there is a small population of Rhino, among other animals. We proceed to the Livingstone Golf Club, its course has 18 holes; we give it a try. In the afternoon on our way back we visit the Victoria Falls from the Zambian side of the river.

day) Today is free for your own program. You can golf again at Elephant Hills or you can book some of the several activities on offer,ie; white water rafting, upper Zambezi canoeing, elephant back safari or a nice scenic flight over the falls by helicopter, fixed wing aircraft or ultra/microlight.

day) After breakfast you can go shopping or play another round of golf, who has not made a scenic light yet, still has got a chance. Transfer to the airport or continue your safari program.
